Then, this is a little unusual but I was here today only not actually as a customer. My scooter broke down and I was in their parking lot trying to go a tow. I went inside to permit them know why I was hanging out in their parking lot and they were so very kind and hospitable. This is the 2nd fourth dimension nosotros've bought a Natuzzi sofa from Colliers Expo. Like the first fourth dimension, the sales staff and the delivery staff were all courteous, polite, responsive and helpful. I would happily give the company a 5 star rating, but on this occasion, the manufacturer has let them down a fiddling. The Natuzzi sofa is a sectional/modular system. The first sectional that we bought - all of the sections fit together accurately, and the front end of the sofa looked similar information technology was all "1 piece". The sections fit together using a subclass & hook system that locks each section piece to the side by side one. This time, the sections nosotros ordered were to make up 2 sofas, each with a powered recliner. Unfortunately, the department hooks and brackets are not as accurately positioned - and so the forepart of the sofa looks similar its different sections that don't fit together. This is a $6k sofa! Colliers asked united states of america to write reviews, so we're "telling information technology similar information technology is". I've also written an email to our salesman at Colliers to ask them what they think about the trouble. My wife & I were looking to replace a very uncomfortable couch purchased elsewhere. On our first visit nosotros were met by Michael and left feeling we had found where we would buy our couch and mayhap more. Each visit we were welcomed in the friendliest fashion, with no sales pressure. Nosotros finally ordered 2 Stressless chairs to replace our couch. The real test of client service is how a company handles things when something doesn't go every bit planned. There was a 'hiccup' in the delivery of our chairs, which delayed commitment. I immediately got a call and Michael arranged to take two brand new Stressless chairs off the display floor and deliver them as loaners until ours arrived. Michael said, "I don't want you to sit on that uncomfortable couch any longer". Michael and Collier's Furniture knows what information technology takes to turn furniture shoppers into 'customers for life'!

We purchased a Natuzzi Editions Sofa and ottoman from Leather Furniture Expo. The transaction was handled through Colliers. Unfortunately the fashion was slightly unlike than what we had seen pictured and described on both Leather Furniture Expo and Natuzzi websites. Our contact Sam, was very agreement and offered several solutions including picking up the furniture and a full refund. We were happy with the product. We settled for a partial refund. Not but did Sam remain easy to deal with throughout the procedure, the refund was posted with in the 60 minutes. I am very pleased we dealt with Collier.

5.0 star rating 10/24/2017 Sometimes you don't have to pay more for superior quality and exceptional service. My Stressless recliner was out of warranty and showing a little of its age (over ten years old). Instead of trying to sell me a new chair, Collier's offered to order replacement parts at a FRACTION of the price. The chair also had a couple of aging spots (don't we all). Collier's had their leather guy go over the chair returning it to nigh perfection. This was more than I expected. Working with Michael and Steve was a pleasure, they focus on quality and customer service. This will be our first stop for article of furniture purchases in the hereafter.

My sister and I visited Collier's on Saturday and spent several hours there picking out new beautiful furniture. Victor was patient, attentive and reasonable. He helped us observe just the perfect combination for our family room. I can't expect for the set to arrive! I would recommend your store to anyone hands down above any other store I've shopped at. My husband and I spent an hour ordering our two leather reclining sofas. I had spent weeks on the on-line site and requested leather color swatches (which helped and so much in the process). Victor was astonishing, yet, I take a feeling everyone who works at Article of furniture Expo is pretty darn special! I was in terrible pain from recent knee surgery and realized I needed a recliner ASAP ! Never got one earlier because they await awful and then we went to our local article of furniture store and constitute a cute Palliser goose egg gravity recliner...that they refused to sell me because information technology was the floor model. My married woman suggested that we stop in Collier's Furniture Expo, and I didn't even know they existed. Once at that place we saw some things nosotros liked, asked about special orders and they knew their manufacturer'due south capabilities inside and out. Nosotros originally went to the furniture expo to just expect at sofa's, after speaking with the possessor Mike we ended up purchasing a sofa and loveseat. We went dorsum a couple months later and bought a Beautiful TV stand, 2 weeks later we went back and purchased an astonishing massage chair! Mind you we were only looking! We cruel in dear with the shop and the owner! They are bang-up people to piece of work with and sell quality piece of furniture! I'll never go to whatsoever other furniture store! After reading some of these negative reviews I about wonder if they shopped at the aforementioned concern that my wife and i did. But i digress..... Our experience was awesome. Nosotros ordered ii stressless chairs too as a custom burrow. Everything went exactly as promised. They were fair and agreement on pricing and worked with our budget. Over our several visits we worked with michael as well as several other associates and everyone has been extremely pleasant and efficient. We had a service result merely last week with the ottomans for our chairs, which are now over a year old and i am sure out of warranty. They took them in, didn't fifty-fifty MENTION a service charge and fixed them with a 3 day turnaround. Even if they had charged us yet, the chairs are a year old and they turned them around in 3 days. Thats pretty awesome in my opinion. This is a very well run and honest business. I accept already recommended them to several other people and will go on to do so. Cheers for the exemplary service.

Overall, our experience with Collier's was very positive. The sectional we first purchased did non wear well. While that may have been the bad ending to the story at another furniture retailer, that was not the case at Collier's. In April, I ordered a 3 chiliad dollar Stressless Recliner, from Collier'southward Article of furniture Expo, in Altamonte Springs, Fl., to aid with my recuperation when I have elbow surgery. Last Friday the chair was delivered and it was the incorrect material! I ordered Aqua Green ninety and did NOT get that cloth. I wanted to refuse the delivery, however, the commuter indicated that Collier Furniture, Michael Collier, owner, would work with us to resolve the problem. My sales person, David, was left several messages to phone call me, when he returned on Dominicus and he never called. I had to call him. The conversation was contentious. Information technology is my belief that the wrong fabric was ordered. This forenoon I left a message for the owner to telephone call me. Nothing!!! I'yard surprised that a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction would treat a guest in this style. Our guest experience thus far with, Collier's Furniture Expo, has been unsatisfactory. Heir-apparent beware.

Buyer beware..... I purchased 8 home theater seats from Michael Collier, the possessor of Collier's Furniture Expo on eight/4/xix. Afterward paying over $5,000 and waiting viii weeks for product I was very excited to take delivery of my new theater seating on 10/4/xix. Upon delivery, one of the seats had a damaged reclining machinery, another had a slice in the leather and 2 others had imperfections where the leather on the back of the chairs was also short and the wood frame was exposed. I immediately made the delivery team aware and they assured me that someone from the store would contact me to resolve. I spoke with Sebastian who wanted to hire an exterior repair visitor come to my domicile an repair the furniture. I explained that this was new piece of furniture and I didn't pay for refurbished or repaired furniture. He insisted that we allow the repair visitor to come out and I would be happy with the effect. The repair tech came to my house in the kickoff of December 2019. He was unable to repair the recliner & the repair job on the sliced leather was not done properly and looked worse that before the repair was made. The repair person besides said that the pieces with the exposed wood could not be glued. After much debate, they finally ordered me 2 replacement pieces and hired a 2nd furniture repair visitor to look at the pieces with the exposed wood they came out July 2020 The second repair company advised that it was a time consuming and very expensive repair. To repair information technology properly, It could not exist glued. The entire chair would accept to be disassemble to replace with a longer piece of leather and and then reassembled. This fourth dimension I was able to speak with the owner again, Michael Collier. He was insisted that he could have his delivery drivers come up to my business firm and use super glue to fix the pieces, even after I reminded him that the professional furniture repair company that he hired brash that gluing the pieces was not a viable solution. He became very brusque with me and told me that he would not replace the pieces every bit it would cost him money. I empathized and told him that the manufacturer should exist responsible equally this came from the factory this way, He wasn't interested in replacing my damaged new furniture with new furniture that wasn't damaged. In fact, he was short with me and told me he wasn't going to waste whatever more of his time. I reminded him that this was poor customer service and that his name is on the outside of the building. He didn't see to intendance so I decided to leave this review. It is now August 2020 a year after paying for my new article of furniture and I still accept damaged article of furniture in my home. This was my 1st and last purchase from this shop!!!

I bought a custom couch from here less than two years ago and it's literally coming apart at the seams. Two of the zippers on the cushions take come completely off and the couch filling non only secretes feathers everywhere, but is very lumpy and uneven. I'm not typically a "leave review" blazon of person, but I've never been and then unhappy with this sort of investment.

Squeamish, make clean shop. The people are helpful and friendly. Their products left plenty to be desired. Piece of furniture seems to exist a few steps upward from Ikea, only at their toll point the quality is lagging behind.

If y'all're looking for a REAL leather sofa, chair, loveseat or sectional this is the place to go. When yous do go ask for Sebastian. He is knowledgeable, kind, and has the utmost patience. We sabbatum on every sofa in the place ( which is quite large with a great selection) asked a million questions and were treated the style everyone wants to be treated when making a major purchase. He is not pushy or hovering, just right there when you lot demand him to give information so you can make an informed decision. This is not a loftier pressure, sell no matter what kind of store. The impression Sebastian left on the states was it was more of import we found the right sofa for usa rather than merely make sure nosotros bought something. Pretty rare these days.
